Here you’ll be able to find details of community members who choose to sign up and post their profile. Looking for specific help with a project? Can’t remember the name or email address of the Producer you were chatting to at TNM three months ago?  Don’t worry – they might have signed up below. While you’re having a browse, don’t forget to add your own profile!

🙌 Guiding principles

At The New Monday, we’re building a community where creativity, collaboration, and kindness come first. Whether you join us at an event, connect through our online directory, or collaborate beyond our events, we ask everyone to agree to uphold these shared values to help make our community a respectful and collaborative space for all.

  • Kindness first. Treat others with warmth and respect - even when you disagree. You don't know what someone else is going through. Treat others as you wish to be treated.
  • Collaborate openly. Share ideas, celebrate others’ successes, and support each other. No gatekeeping please.
  • Be inclusive. We welcome people of all backgrounds, disciplines, and perspectives. Discrimination or  harassment of any kind have no place here. 
  • Respect boundaries. Personal space, time, and privacy matter - both online and offline. 
  • Communicate honestly. We're all time-scarce and it's ok to say 'no' when there's too much on your plate! Just be honest with your capacity and don't leave people hanging. 
  • Give credit. Acknowledge others’ contributions, creative work, and ideas where possible.
  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind. If someone says 'no', respect it and move on.
  • Discriminatory or exclusionary behaviour based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, religion, age, or background.
  • Unsolicited marketing, aggressive self-promotion, or spamming other members.
  • Sharing others’ personal details, images, or creative work without consent or for the legitimate purpose of helping them.

Note: Members who engage in these behaviours may be removed from events, the online directory, or future community activities at our discretion.

While we take care to create a safe and welcoming environment at our events and online spaces, The New Monday cannot accept responsibility or liability for the actions or communications of attendees or members outside of official events or platforms.

Any collaborations, partnerships, or projects formed between members are undertaken at their own discretion and risk. We encourage members to use their professional judgement and to enter written agreements where appropriate.

If you ever feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or witness behaviour that goes against these guidelines at a The New Monday event, please speak to a member of our team or email hello@thenewmonday.co.uk so we can handle it sensitively and appropriately.
